Pros

There are tons of good people. Office is beautiful and convenient.

Cons

Fundamentally the company is dishonest. Whether it is how they deal with people, what they say they can do, what they expect of employees, the family nature and so on. Everything is a mirage. They will fall on hard times. The writing is on the wall. Turnover is absurdly high and for good reason. Decisions have zero transparency, change hourly. Impossible to ever chart your course because the course is entirely dictated by out of touch leadership that uses the last conversation they had to pivot the entire company.

Friendly people, lunch once a week and lots of snacks

Cons

Lots of turnover, new product doesn’t work, nobody is making their number so don’t waste your time if you are in sales. They hired way to many reps but the deals aren’t closing. Only work in sales if you don’t mind living off your base salary.

-Expect to wear multiple hats. Start-up environment that's growing very fast without the same resources as a large company -Expect to work long hours until resources scale
