Many changes, really unstable

Pros

Adding employment contracts on good conditions

Cons

They change a lot of processes after they took my company and they are unpredictable. For example we didn’t know that we cannot negotiate potential raise after performance review. Many people got money under salary bands. We have like 15% inflation, war, Covid. But they do not understand our position so they implement processes which doesn’t work in Poland
