Regarding remote work, our policy allows for a hybrid/remote work schedule in most of our back office positions and in certain positions we allow full-time remote. For security and business continuity purposes, we require the majority of our employees to reside in the Washington metropolitan area. AFCU takes diversity and equity very seriously.
