Pros
I was cautious before stepping into my position at Apptricity. I read the reviews on here but I chose to ignore them. I am so glad that I did! I really enjoy coming to work every day. The casual attire and the people that work here make this place so great. I love my co-workers. Everyone knows how to work together to get the job done. Everyone seems to work very hard, but we also know how to have a good time. The engagement committee brings us together for a fun events. We have a great product and we are making great progress. I hope the company continues to grow while I am part of the team.
Cons
The CEO is severely misunderstood. He cares about the people who work for the company. He only wants this place to grow and has high expectations for this place. So the CEO might rub some people the wrong way, but he only has good intentions for the people and for this company. We are all different and we need to remember we handle things differently. We are only human.
