      Apryse has a ton of opportunities to learn and grow professionally. The company is growing quickly, and with that, the opportunity to influence every aspect of Apryse for the future. Leadership is open to ideas and provides avenues for employees to be a part of shaping the company's day-to-day and future strategy.

      Cons

      With growth comes some growing pains, but nothing that can't be overcome.

      Great place to grow

      Pros

      This has been a great spot for me to accelerate my career. The company has been growing at a rapid pace since I have gotten her. As we have doubled in size over the last two years, it has created a lot of opportunities for smart, ambitious people. Senior leadership team is clear on company objectives, making it easy to prioritize the teams work.

      Cons

      There are definitely some growing pains, but nothing out of the ordinary in my opinion.
