      Cons

      New management completely destroyed the good culture built by founders and long time employees. The new workplace lead by new C-level execs is chaotic and demoralizing. They do not care about employees, made false promises, such as better benefits and career opportunities but in reality employees are treated as expendable pieces. There's a big gap between their vision and actions.

      Salary could be better New leadership have great potential but made big changes to teams expecting them to pick up the slack Too much time spent on support and not enough developers to even out the amount of support each developer has to do
