      Pros

      So much Opportunity!! Working at Apryse over the last year-- there has been a lot of change! We have grown from a small organization to one that is in high growth mode-- and with change and growth there comes opportunity! While the Senior Leadership team is new they have done a great job getting all of our company acquisitions aligned so that we are in the best place to continue to grow. Highly recommend working for Apryse if you want to use your mind to solve problems, be a part of an amazing, fast paced and fast growing organization.

      Cons

      There really aren't any cons to speak of. The change and the pace keep you on your toes-- if you want to use your skills, have ideas and want to provide solutions then Apryse is where you want to be.

      A great place to grow

      Pros

      I've been a long time employee - A great culture, world-class Executive Leadership with a clear strategy, amazing products, driven team, and best of all is the work/life balance including ability to work-from-home full time.

      Cons

      A little light on mid-management, but that is changing & opportunities are given to internal employees first as career pathing is a priority for the company.

      Fun and Fast Paced

      Pros

      The products we are building are truly value add to our customers. It is fun to be part of a growing and changing environment. The Exec team has wonderful strategy and are executing their vision. We are a group of companies that have come together that are integrating products and culture and while change is difficult, we get to become the change agents and make our combined culture one that is great!

      Cons

      Change is difficult and there has been a lot of it over the years. I have never had more fun in a career before.
