      PDFTron used to be a unique company with the potential to become a unicorn.

      Pros

      There are still some legacy employees. They are the core values of the product. Good memories that we worked so hard and devoted to making good products.

      Cons

      The company seems like a sinking boat. The new management does not care about the products and the customers who love the products. Maybe the new management is good at selling companies but the products.

      Toxic Work Culture at Apryse

      Shallow depth of Management, bullying, toxic work culture, unpaid overtime, unethical practices, no process, chaotic, high pressure, ill conceived strategy. Callous firings with no severance.

      There is nothing good about this company.

      If your intention is not to pursue an upper management position, it's best to avoid Apryse. The company's work environment surpasses even the most toxic ones you may have encountered. The well-being of employees is disregarded, and they are frequently treated as disposable instruments and spoken to disrespectfully. It's evident that the leadership lacks interest in the product and has no clear vision for the company's future.
