Pros

Imagine a company where sales reps make quota. Where prospects seek you out. Where you get a double-digit response rate to outbound prospecting. How about having a wide range of technologies to sell that address almost any prospect scenario AND the technical experts to support the conversation? Did I mention a back-office ops team that will do whatever it takes, whenever, to get things done? Welcome to Apryse!

Cons

Internal processes are less formal (in some cases), which is a double-edged sword. Lack of systems (historically) is slowly being addressed, with some growing pains.

Great place to grow

Pros

- Aggressive growth goals make for a fast-paced environment that keeps things exciting and employees engaged in their work - Executive leadership does an excellent job at balancing player-coach role - they trust their teams to do what is needed but aren't afraid to role up their sleeves and get involved when required - Company is invested in employee growth: they have formalized leadership and training programs as well as more casual learning opportunities through mentoring and stretch projects

Cons

Like many high-growth companies there are still a few growing pains to work through around process and communication but the entire organization is open to feedback and actively taking steps to improve.
