Nothing springs to mind, the company is rapidly growing so lots of ongoing growth and rapid changes to get used to.

A lot of very skilled people, good perks and good salary overall.

Cons

Not much, perhaps being remote now it is a bit challenging for keeping up. Also they use their own in-house version of Slack which is a bit subpar.
