Pros

The only good thing about the job ,was my coworkers, the fact that you have off on weekends and that the job is accessible to the Regional RAILS,and different stores to shop at and places to eat.

Cons

The pay is extremely low,for all the work you do,micro managing,a supervisor that doesn't work well with the employees,no real extensive training, not a place I wanted to be for a long period of time.

Pros

Steady work Semi-local travel Company vehicle Health/Vision/Dental Retirement Daily challenges Specialized career

Cons

Budget is more important than employees Budget is more important than customers Micromanaged on a daily basis Some employees get special treatment Treated like you are stealing daily Tracked every step of your day Individuals are held accountable for poor decisions made by managers Expected to do the work of 3 people in a 40 hour week. Supervisors are always looking for ways to burn us.
