Pros

I am able to work Monday - Friday with out having to work on week-ends and they never have mandatory overtime. Love the ability to do special projects and some time am able to travel to other states to visit with the customer face to face.

Cons

the area i work in is not fair when it comes to attendance. the supervisor comes in late and so it makes it hard to say something to others when the person that should be there on time does not. also those that work, they work harder and those that do not they let slide. really unfair in that respect. that includes promotions.

Pros

The pay that you recieve. That is it!

Cons

Management is very unprofessional and unfair. The management team is more worried about how their hair and nails and clothes look than doing there job. There is no consistancy what so ever, they do not treat you fair and they will try to retaliate againt you if you challenge them. Pros

The company allows great company vehicles that we are allowed to take home. The company also has a benefit package that is outstanding including med, dental, and vision. There is a program for buying company stocks at whatever rate you would like. The company also give good dividends.

Cons

The problem with aqua is if you want extra money than you need an extra job. The goal of aqua is for everything to work the way it should and when it does you only receive 40 hours a week. It is their goal to keep work at a minimum. Another issue is in the smaller divisions job positons do not change frequently so if you want to advance you need to move and change divisions.
