There's not a whole lot of positive at this place. They are pretty hands-off with your work I guess.

Cons

You're not going to get paid fairly, you're not going to get fair raises, your performance reviews will depend on whether or not you are the one selected to be at the bottom since their policy is "There can only be one good employee and there has to be at least one bad employee, everyone else stays in the middle"
