Pros

For responsible individuals who desire to work in the water and wastewater industry the company is growing and provides an excellent platform for development as well as job security. The diversity of job skills and potential to grow is remarkable.

Cons

The company operates efficiently which means it drives costs which are passed to consumers in rate cases. Expect a lean go-getter culture.

Pros

You can start at the bottom of the ladder and work your way up. The opportunities for advancement are there.

Cons

You start out at the bottom of the ladder and as you advance up the ladder the company had a "cap" on what they will offer you to take the promoted position. The bottom of the management ladder makes pennies while the folks in Bryn Mawr are raking in the dough.
