-Steady paycheck -8-5 work schedule -Pay is decent (but not really worth the stress that goes with it)

Cons

-No respect for work/life balance -No accountability -Will change your schedule with little to no notice including making employees work through lunch for mandatory overtime -Workload imbalanced -Poor leadership -Cowardly management -No advancement opportunities -Shady, unethical and immoral business practices -Outdated and impractical technology -Employee favoritism -Inadequate training -Management are like slave drivers -High stress environment with no parameters in place to help employees cope -No workforce management -HR is in one central location so no one around to explain benefits or other HR related concerns

Pros

consistent paycheck and manager works with you when personal issues arises You will not lose job unless you tick off supervisors or half of staff that are their friends and simply hang up on customers, or don't show up.

Cons

NO ADVANCEMENT ................. This position is great for content but since I have outgrown job years ago just there now .. Nothing to do but listen to dumb broke customers.

Pros

The compensation package was decent but the health insurance deductible was a bit steep. That is about the only thing positive I can think of.

Cons

Management is unprofessional, unorganized, not truthful and training was a new employee searching through 1000's of files to find what they were looking for. Note to you idiots: organize your filing system, should only be 1 location for a specific project file, not two or more. I wouldn't spit on the building if it was on fire!
