Good salary, great colleagues, like the job a lot

Terrible management. The inorganic chef and the senior chemist there are teamed up. They set up their own rules and messed up with anyone. They tend to treat new employees like they re all over other people, they put themselve very high. When they make mistake, they act like oh hohoho but when they find any small mistake of you, you re gonna get in a big trouble like you dont listen to them, you dont follow their instruction, so you make mistake
