Lots of work and have the same schedule as school year

Cons

Nobody is guaranteed a job from year to year or the same school You are overworked and underpaid management always cutting back your hours to get bonus Do not replace people who leave or get sick Benefits only for full time employees and makes sure everybody works less hours so they stay part time

Pros

Aramark is a fairly large company that, and as a result, offers a wide variety of jobs. At USF alone, there are at least nine different locations with their own unique atmosphere.

Cons

The job is mostly a dead end job with little room for advancement, even for those looking to have a career in culinary. As with any job, co-workers can be hit or miss and due to the nature of the job co-operation with them is essential.

They are now a union, and your coworkers become family and you get summers off and a month in the winter

Cons

In the time you are layed off for summer and the month in the winter you have to collect unemployment
