Employees are not made to do the job they are being paid to do. Theft Is Huge among the employees-

Food prep, cook, server, cashier

Pros

Hours are flexible and mgmt. is understanding about needed time off- I would consider this to be the only pro of working for the company

Cons

Wouldn't know where to start- there is absolutely no team work- employees are allowed to do any and everything they choose to do on company time.

its a job, needed money. Somewhat flexible schedule. Worked at while up at school part time to help pay for my college loan.

Cons

The people working their that were not student employees were rather rude and un organized. Somewhat un-professional. Management definitely had their favorites
