Kids in the school were he only reason I stayed as long as I did.

Cons

Management completely absent. Heavy favoritism towards employees that had seniority. Bullying by coworkers.

My supervisor was kind and always willing to help us.

Cons

The higher up managers were all entitled and play favoritism among the workers that kiss up to them. If you're a supervisor and you're too nice or actually care about your employees, they will fire you or force you to resign.
