The staff was overall nice and welcoming. Lots of career opportunities as everyone seems to want to quit.

Cons

My full-time position that was promised was given to someone else that I didn't know got hired 3 months after I did. Graphics department does not have much creative freedom for their supplies. Manager was the least professional person I've ever met in my life. Was tried to be convinced to become a bartender and dishwasher there instead of a designer. Pay is lower than an average designer should or could be making.

Met some good friends working there, that helps with the boredom

Manager at the home I worked for couldn't have been any more disconnected if he tried. Tiny things going wrong (by others, not even aimed in my general direction), caused unprofessional explosions of temper. When something MAJOR occurred (at least twice, we managed to dodge full blown potential disasters), it was inexplicably ignored. Can't even say it was 'favoritism' because I think I was his favorite. Very strange culture.
