Extremely engaged employees, mission-driven, and fast-paced learning environment.

Cons

It is still working through some start-up growing pains, but I believe the pros far outweigh the cons.

Group think at its finest

Pros

The company mission is great. The new office was great pre-pandemic.

Cons

The company preaches inclusivity yet you quickly see that the group think is real. Challenging opinions are not actually welcomed. Everyone you talk to is overworked and stressed, in fear of being terminated. New leadership is bringing in old friends and colleagues rather than hiring qualified people. If you do not conform to their beliefs, you will not fit in here. Oh, and ageism is REAL. The average age of the employees here has to be roughly 30, and that might be pushing it. Ever wonder why you don't see more experienced people working there?
