Pros

Arcadia is an amazing place to work. The mission is powerful, the people are great, and the company is growing super quickly. Arcadia's business model is unique, innovative, and poised to disrupt the energy sector by making clean energy a no-brainer for all. Arcadia has also developed advanced software that makes all of this possible . And, as we continue to grow (in employee count and customers), management is doing a great job of building out more processes and infrastructure to support our growth.

Cons

I truly can't think of any major cons.

With many small businesses it comes with wearing many hats, being a multi-tasker is a must, it can become overwhelming because of those factors.

Pros

You get to work among driven, smart and kind team members all working together to change an industry. While the culture is definitely fast paced, there's an overall respect and appreciation for work life balance - which is amazing. I have enjoyed every minute of working here.

Cons

The company is growing fast, which comes with its own unique set of challenges. Be ready to roll up your sleeves, expect that things may change quickly, and don't be afraid to ask questions.
