I'm still shocked at how lucky I was to find a place with such great people. All of them are kind, fun, and smart. Management particularly encourages you to solve big problems and to take initiative on different projects. A few perks about working here: Super easy commute if you're on Red/Orange/Blue/Silver. We have weekly catered lunches and monthly wellness events (A chair masseuse came in just last week). You can also feel good about doing something everyday to help the environment. My experience at Arcadia Power has been wonderful. The office atmosphere is comfortable, friendly, and fun. I've become very close with my coworkers and I always feel supported at work. We have awesome team outings and frequent wellness events. As a small but growing company, everyone is very accessible, including senior management. My manager makes sure my needs are met and I feel heard when I have concerns. There is definitely room for growth and you will be encouraged to step into new roles that interest you.
