Pros

You get to work among driven, smart and kind team members all working together to change an industry. While the culture is definitely fast paced, there's an overall respect and appreciation for work life balance - which is amazing. I have enjoyed every minute of working here.

Cons

The company is growing fast, which comes with its own unique set of challenges. Be ready to roll up your sleeves, expect that things may change quickly, and don't be afraid to ask questions.

Pros

The people are friendly and the hours tend to be somewhat reasonable for a startup. There isn’t really a culture of after hours calling for support and it tends to be an 8-9 hour day. The company tries to give a vibe of a cool new startup and provides things like free lunch on Thursdays during an all company meeting.

Cons

It used to be centered on the environment, but things seem to have shifted towards price savings for members. The notion of “clean and green” seems to have gone by the wayside and it’s just any other company at this point. It’s fine to have a change in heart, vision, or whatever it was that caused the shift, but it certainly has not been communicated to our team and definitely not to our users, so it feels- cheap.
