Pros

None. The salary structure looks lucrative but there are a lot of hidden and irrelevant components that makes your salary look inflated. And after 2 years , since you didn't work in any actual finance field, salary would be way below your peers.

Cons

Continuous work pressure on all employees. Work culture. Un-necessary tasks to occupy team. Office politics is at its peak. If you are MBA finance then this place is hell for you. Regionalism is sickening here. There is a senior management level person here who calls all north-Indians stupid, to the whole team. So many meetings where people discuss plans and don't work on it at all. neither you will get functional understanding nor you will be doing anything finance related. You will end up doing execution and execution. You may currently OK with it. Eventually it will lead to frustration and helplessness.

Pros

Culture, WFH, policies, Office workspace and food

Cons

Top heavy. Some people came from De Shaw and carry that brand imagine in their attitudes. At the top they play a blame game and give tight deadlines and if not met you'll be abused or fired. There is no job security come at your own risk. They fire you if you don't complete tasks and deadlines. They'll put pressure and make you resign. They have an unlimited sick leave option but if you actually use it you'll be laid off. Working beyond 13-14 hours and on weekdays is common in finance heavy domains. Also id say it's not a great place for female employees as the workload and politics becomes unbearable. You're not forced to work on weekends or late night but if you don't work you'll be humiliated or given more work in a way that you resign.
