      Pros

      Spent 3 years working for Archers and they would bend over back-words to help you. Good company all round. Would happily go back tomorrow if not for the price of oil.

      Cons

      Nothing really, just unfortunate that Archers is contractually tied to other big companies as to there manpower levels. Its manpower levels go up and down with demand. ie, price of oil.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Field tools reliability seem better than most places I have worked. Easy to work with other field hands.

      Cons

      Some of the decisions by lower management seem to be clouded by personal relationships with subordinates. Different regional offices have different paperwork requirements and some genius lead hands allowed to introduce their own.
