      Great team, flexible work hours

      Cons

      Lack of communication between departments or from top level down. No mid-management leadership to support downward communications. No integration plan or strategy of acquired company's.

      Nice atmosphere. Previous leadership very personable and really care about employees.

      Cons

      Merging with another company and TONS of layoffs. Leadership changes definitely felt.
