Management are approachable and open to feedback

Pros

Management is accessible. They’re not like those stereotypical TV CEOs who stomp around the office intimidating everybody into silence. Nah, our management team is cool. If you can catch one of them when they’re not busy they’re generally happy to speak with you, particularly if you have a problem of some kind that they can solve.

Cons

The volume of work is high. If you don’t pace yourself you can burnout.

Pros

Wasn’t bad. Came in every day looking forward to do my job. My sociable colleagues made working here a blast. Leadership was very good. They continuously worked hard to improve the employee experience. It was an ever evolving work environment where things just got better and better. I hope they continue to focus on making bite sized improvements.

Cons

The only con is that I don’t work here anymore.

Let’s see, what can I say about this company: Regular government contracts Highly committed development team Well respected in the industry The work is varied and interesting Management are nice people once you get to know them The culture gets an A+ in my book Average benefits

Cons

High turnover (it’s a demanding job) Lack of immediate 401k matching
