Decision makers are relatives of owner, not particularly qualified and are protected from blowback of bad choices. Constant infighting and territorial approaches to problems, also will work you to death and fire you without notice or any form of a performance review. DO NOT AGREE TO BONUS STRUCTURE THEY WILL FIRE YOU BEFORE IT IS DUE.

C Level management is a mess and most of the time, do not know what they are doing. This causes a snow ball effect all the way down to hourlies.
