Some great talent in the organization HR department has some of the strongest team members Nice, spacious corporate HQ

Cons

Lots of contractors in Senior Leadership positions Poor Communication SLT spends money like water, but the actual workers don't receive regular pay increases

Good pay if you are able to be promoted or change roles. Great benefits. Awesome HR team, however they are so overstretched. Offices are state of the art for the most part.

Cons

Live up to what you say about employees-if you are good at doing your job-that is not enough, however it shoudl be for at least cost of living increases.
