      Change isn't for everyone

      Pros

      Innovation and change are encouraged, and there is plenty of opportunity to do both. Offices are very nice. People have open doors, always willing to explain things and work together.

      Cons

      4 CEOs in the past 5 years means priorities keep shifting. And a new parent company that's starting to get more involved. Change at the top makes people nervous because it will always lead to losing some good people due to restructuring, etc.
