Management is all over the place, their is no direction in the company, no proper training or on going training. You get together as a whole underwriting group once a year, they are forcing everyone to go back into the office and their is no negotiations. Management doesn't help you to grow nor cares about that. Quick to let people go rather than talk/communicate with the employees to work with them. Rather replace you than work with you.
