      Fresh & Dynamic Corporate Culture

      Pros

      The culture is very dynamic and fun. It is an innovative company, and the people are absolutely wonderful. Lots of opportunities to learn and advance. Excellent benefits and resources for education and training. Those who build their career here are rewarded with a strong sense of team pride as the company improves year over year.

      Cons

      As with any organization, some departments or roles are vulnerable to cutbacks or outsourcing. Experiences, opportunities and job satisfaction vary greatly from one department/segment to the next.

      Pros

      You get free parking and the offices are nice. Not many other pros that I can think of- oh, and clean restrooms.

      Cons

      You will be told from day 1 “do not talk to, engage with or look at any of the executives unless you are approached first”. You will be given no training and the culture is beyond toxic. Don’t expect to be treated well. You will be fired immediately if you make a mistake and the pressure is unbearable. You deserve better. If your spouse or child is sick, too bad. Business moves forward. No one cares.

      Management is very poor on the executive level and way too many layers. Supervisors are very weak and act childish, and are part of the buddy system
