Leadership is terrible. They have their favorites. They always take the side of the students. They have lost soooo many instructors because of the caustic environment. Sim lab is a nightmare with that manage

Company is growing quickly. You can advance to mid-management because turnover is very high.

Cons

Senior leadership from HQ is out of touch, seldom comes to campus, few have higher education experience, and new leaders are hired based on nepotism not on qualifications. There are many complaints from the Board of Nursing for multiple campuses. Show strong age bias and encourage managers not to hire/retain older workers.
