Management will side with complaining students before standing up for their incredible instructors. They lose great program directors and faculty, and it is very unfortunate.

Some students were great. Most of them are finding ways to cheat. They have too much power and they get instructors fired. Many many instructors quit because of the environment

Cons

Poisonous environment and very negative. The Sim manager is a narcissist and she fires and pushes people into quitting. Students can’t stand her and people that work there quit because of her nastiness

Autonomy, because there is NO ONE is watching or gives a crap.

Cons

No real leadership and zero accountability. Company is solely focused on money (not the success of students). Zero opportunities for advancement...HR ghosted at least 3 internal applicants alone from one of the campuses. Turnover is extremely high for all roles, as shown by the constant job postings. This place could possibly shut down in the future for various reasons.
