Development manager needs serious supervisory training. Horrible person to work with. Inconsiderate, belittles others, scatterbrained, and rude.

Great sense of purpose. Working with animals can be very fulfilling.

Cons

Bad management. They encourage an environment where everyone should feel so lucky to work there, despite terrible pay, few opportunitites for advancement, and often toxic work environments.

The health insurance is a reasonable cost. HR seems nice.

Cons

The work environment is very toxic. Management and staff all talk about each other instead of saying, what can I do to help. They smile in your face and gossip about you which doesn’t help anyone. Every department.
