Have a direct impact with sick and injured pets

Cons

Other than the standard non profit 'under paid and over worked', management is incredibly toxic. Constant micromanaging, spying on cameras, reading messages when computers are left unlocked etc. Extremely condescending communication, and standards are extremely unclear and all over the place.

Pros

The staff in the Trauma are great hard working people, it is just like a family. You have the opportunity to learn so much as long as you want to learn. Giving the animals a second chance at life is so rewarding.

Cons

So many animals need help in our community and with this our shelter is running at capacity.
