Animal care leadership is bottle necked by the “senior manager” and she sees you as a sub human who needs to be micromanaged. She thinks she can do your job but doesn’t even know what it entails.

At times stressful and busy, expectations on appointment times can be tough to meet when there are lots of people waiting, but it is a good problem to have because people want to adopt.
