      Pros

      Salary is below average but great retirement plan. Was proud to say that I was working at ASU. They are my alumni as well!

      Cons

      Being micromanaged when your a professional is the worst! Have to go to lunch at the same time as everyone and the job functions is nothing of the norm. Guess that's why they only had young kids working there because the experienced workers would all quit. We all know that there are better companies out there that gives us a challenge.

      Pros

      The health benefits are great plus employees receive a tuition waiver.

      Cons

      Poor treatment by management. No time to put the tuition waiver to use. Your pay is lower since it is assumed that you will take advantage of the tuition waiver. No option to waive the tuition waiver for higher pay. Highly political, especially when it comes to Michael Crow.

      Pros

      My supervisor is friendly and approachable. My fellow employees are welcoming, even to someone just entering the system. My fellow employees and supervisor are helpful, and offer both praise and constructive criticism. Performance reviews are not painful, and are interactive between the supervisor and employee versus just being handed down from on high.

      Cons

      It doesn't quite feel like a real job because we're on campus and working with other students. It is difficult to be overdressed for class but appropriately dressed for work, especially with summer approaching rapidly.
