- Not necessarily a bad thing, but only self-starters will succeed here - Onboarding & product training can be vague and minimal for some teams - We run very lean so many team members are overloaded with multiple high priority projects - Culture and morale need some help due to multiple rounds of downsizing over the past couple of years
