      Pros

      The team at Array is world class, ambitious, and truly building the next financial wellness platform. The mission of the company is inspiring, providing the latest cutting edge products to businesses to allow them to bring credit and identity tools to educate and empower users. I've learned an incredible amount from my peers and colleagues, the team is very sharp and collaborative. It is invigorating to be a part of a team going after a big opportunity.

      Cons

      This is a fast paced environment and a great place for self starters. As a high growth startup, people need to be comfortable with change and excited by going after big projects and ideas. Employees who are seeking a more traditional or larger company pace may not enjoy it as much.
