      Lots of opportunity, and some valuable steps taken

      Pros

      - There's so much space, and so much opportunity to build tools and products that truly help people - Love that the company is remote-first (work wherever you're best setup to succeed) - Have seen leadership make some valuable senior-level hires in the past few months, showing they're making the right level investment to build and scale the company - The product has incredible product-market fit and it's exciting to see the momentum continue to just build and build in that respect

      Cons

      - Typical "we're growing quickly" growing pains you'd expect at early stage startups (but again, seeing leadership bringing in talent to help build out the right support structures gives me a ton of faith

      *The people at Array are smart and driven * Fully remote team * company is doing well and has a great outlook * Founders give 2 hours a week to employees for 'time off' * Founders are great about using new tools to get the job done better

      Toxic Company Culture; No Training; Set Up for Failure

      Great product with a bright future No real competition in the market Remote

      Cons

      Zero level of training with an unrealistic expectation set. Management isn't willing to listen to its employees and the needs on the ground. CEO is extremely unfriendly, does not listen to your needs and condescending during meetings. There are members of the sales team that are extremely manipulative, power-hungry and toxic for the organization. But management doesn't care about toxicity as long as you're producing and bringing in revenue. There was zero leadership within the sales organization for nearly a year. And it created a lot of drama and a poor work environment for many.
