Good base pay and health cover.

Cons

Asana is scrambling to stay relevant in the age of AI rushing to push new products. There's a top-down relentless urgency without clear direction. This approach is not delivering any results, unfortunately. The end result is stressed teams, across functions, looking for an exit. The culture runs on fear and anxiety. Attrition is at an all-time high.

Asana is finding it's new identity, would stay away

Really liked my team. Everyone was generally really friendly and easy to get along with. They had a great cafeteria. The culinary team was the best in the business.

Cons

Asana is trying to find it's new identity meaning extreme turnover is currently happening. The full executive team turned over within 8 months of the new CEO starting. This also led to lots of turnover amongst leaders in these orgs as well. This all led to no direction and changing priorities without leaders in place to help prioritize. It's created an environment of cutting costs because the company can't generate significant revenue anymore. Which all leads to an extremely volatile environment.
