Pros

Asana is a great place to work, great company, great ideas and good salary. Management gives you freedom to be innovative and work on ideas that can benefit the team and company

Cons

Within teams, there is little to no collaborations, teams members do not know how to work together and management does not encourage it, the sales teams are very individuals and there is very little team spirit. With a lack of management at the beginning, the team is stuck in silos.
