*Incredible support from peers and managers *Incredibly supportive in learning and growing *They make the standards clear *Clear communication from top down *Your voice Will be heard *Hands down the best place to learn, grow and work. *Growth mindset from the bottom up *They provide you with everything you need to be successful *They walk the walk when it comes to company values *From the short time I have been here I have never seen them sacrifice integrity and are always looking to get better

*Might be a little too fast paced for some people *If you're not comfortable with direct , yet very helpful and engaging feedback for growing , this might not be the place for you

Culture, culture and did I mention culture. Ok so you get the point. This is by far the best organisations I have worked for. Great career opportunities, work/life balance and engaging work. Highly recommend Asana to any one who is on the fence about applying.
