Pros

Good health coverage, but the NY office doesn’t have culinary staff like SF. Option to expense lunch is a nice bonus.

Cons

No wellness benefit. Company moved away from supplying a full gym membership to only a small subsidy that doesn’t accrue.

Pros

Fantastic product. It pretty much sold itself. I truly enjoyed interacting with customers on a day to day basis because I actually enjoyed using Asana. Sure, their culinary and all the perks in the HQ was a bonus as well.

Cons

Awful leadership. Fake culture. It felt like either a high school atmosphere with cliques OR it felt like college when you were pressured to pledge to a sorority or fraternity. Prepare to have your stress tank overflow daily because leadership does absolutely nothing which will result in you being blamed for your performance one way or another. Their metrics and goals are so far off but it's completely your fault if you don't hit your number. Go where you're appreciated.
