Pros

Great front line and support people, warm culture; genuinely solid spiritual foundation.

Cons

A bit too much time and resources spent on abstract applications and discussion, counterproductive to simply working; also a bit too much waste allowed without curbing.

Pros

The bar is set pretty low so just showing up gets you a good review.

Cons

High turnover, low morale, management does not communicate. Lots of employees fired. You see them one day. They are gone the next.
