      Inconsistent everything: Values, benefits, leadership, vision

      Pros

      Nice people. Very smart people. Lots of people who show up committed to their mission.

      Cons

      Lots of favoritism. There are the values they say they have, and then there are the values that actually exist. Some pockets within the company actually do live the values but it's very erratic. It's also a very top heavy organization. Lots of titles are handed out, which creates power dynamics.

      XBox, okay-ish benefits, small company (if you're into that), interesting location (Heald Square)

      Cons

      The company is very childish run by a CEO who believes he knows how to run a company due to a Harvard MBA. If you don't attend events or go to the lunch and learns, something will be said to you, even to the point of witnessing termination. The CEO lies during recruiting about bonuses and work from home options and then does a 180... I'm surprised as many stay as they do. Although they claim remote friendly and work life balance, they will say something if you're remote and/or leave early because you have to get to a commitment. There is also no career growth due to heads already there and compensation is low compared to industry. They tout it with bonuses, as mentioned, but not true. The leadership is very rookie with no legs to stick up for what they believe in.

      Pros

      Honestly having a hard time finding one.

      Cons

      They don't give you the tools you need and it's an archaic business model it astounds me that they are successful given they are an online product. Be prepared to work under people that have no clue the first thing about technology.
