Leadership that targets the weak, blames their mistakes on others, and micromanages.

It's a job, and it's for a good cause.

Cons

Pay-scale is far less than industry averages. Leadership has no concept of the product or value they create. Micro-management including watching your "online time" to the minute. Management treats others significantly different than others on the team.

Supportive direct manager, flexible schedule

Cons

CEO is too political and divisive. Company speaks constantly of diversity and inclusion but tolerates very little diversity of thought. Response to covid has been over the top restrictive and destructive to the company culture.

There are some amazing, talented and dedicated employees that understand the products, customers and the business.

Cons

New management of 18 months is horrendous. People have fled in droves. They have no use what we do and have moved nothing forward. They don't listen, even when they ask questions. They talk about value and then act without any.
