      Lots of opportunities to try diff roles, expand your knowledge, attend trainings, be mentored, and change career paths if desired. Warm, family like environment with many ways to serve in the local community and network with colleagues and leadership through the Ascend Cares foundation.

      Cons

      Very lean organization, which can be stressful as many of us wear multiple hats. As folks get burn out and leave it then just creates more work for others who are still there.
